We try and answer all of your questions as much as we can. Find below a list of frequently asked questions we recenve and our answers for them. If you have any other questions not listed below, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our best to respond as soon as possible!

How can I place a booking?

To place booking, go onto contact us page, fill in your required details and in the message please let us know which charter do you wish, amount of people and the date.

Do I have to book?

Yes, you should always contact us and book in advance in order to reserve a date and time. Book now to avoid disappointment.

Is the boat equipped with Air Condition?

Yes, our boat has Air Condition which you can enjoy at any time of day.

Does the boat have Wi-Fi?

Yes it does! Anyone onboard can connect to the free Wi-Fi at any time during the trip. We also have a TV which you can use!

Does the boat have a fridge and oven?

Yes, our boat is fully equipped with 2 fridges, oven and burners which can be used during the trip.

Is this a private boat charter?

Yes, this is a private boat chater for you, your friends and your family. You'll have the boat all your yourselves! Only the captain and skipper would be with you on the boat.

Whats the boat's capacity?

The boat has a capacity of 20 people including the captain.

Is alcohol accepted on board?

Yes, responsible alcohol consumption is allowed on board the boat. We prefer that you bring cans or plastic bottles rather than glass.

Are there life jackets avilable on board?

Yes, by law we are obligated to have at least one life jacket for each passenger we have onboard. If you require a life jacket for elderly, children or safety reasons, let us know.

Can we bring our own food and drinks on board?

Yes, you are allowed to bring your own food and drinks on board.

What should we bring with us?

We recommend bringing sunscreen and towels for sure! You are also welcome to bring food, and drinks of your choice and anything else you need to make your trip comfortable. We will provide life jackets for those who are required or would like to wear one.

If you are on a sunset Private boat charter, you may need a light jacket or a sweater.

Can we change our charter during the trip?

Yes, you would be able to change and/or alter your trip depending on what you preferre. You can let us know of any special requests while booking or ask our captain while on water.

Is it safe for elderly and children?

Of course it is! Elderly and children are safe to come and enjoy the trip. We can modify the trip to better accomodate you, your friends and family.

What happens if the booked date the weather is bad?

Our Captain keeps a very close eye on the ever-changing weather. In the event that it is not safe for your group to go out, we will call you to reschedule as soon as possible or will issue a refund.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours prior to the date of your tour, there is no cancellation fee and you will receive a full refund.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Unfortunalty, we do not accept credit card payments. There are ATMs at both main starting points. At Mgarr, Gozo and Cirkewwa, Malta.

Do we need to bring our own towels?

Yes, you should bring your own towels as we would not have enough for everyone on board.
